Hi all,
After delivering several presentations about training at various Salesforce events I thought it was time that I captured my tips and tricks in writing.
So this is what I have done in my latest blog post.
It covers how to plan and deliver successful end-user training, which, more often than not, becomes another task for us overworked admins!
I hope it includes at least one new tip for everyone, and makes any upcoming sessions easier.
