Trailblazer Profile editing is currently not working for me.

When I open Edit Profile, the required fields Role and Relationship to Salesforce already contain valid selected values, but both fields are highlighted in red and Salesforce displays “This field is required.”

Re-selecting the existing values or choosing different values does not resolve the validation error. Because of this, I cannot save any changes to my profile, including my title and Short Bio.

The profile editor has also become unstable: while entering or changing text, characters sometimes behave unexpectedly and the edit window can close or reset.

Expected behavior: existing or newly selected values should be accepted and profile changes should save normally.

Actual behavior: the two required dropdown fields are treated as empty even though values are visibly selected, preventing all profile updates.

I have screenshots showing the validation errors. Is this a known Trailblazer Profile issue, and is there a workaround or a way to have the profile data corrected?

I'm currently working on my Salesforce certification journey, and I'm aiming to complete the Platform Developer I Certification as my next milestone.

I am trying  to show team Hierarchy   like User and Manager   - by using User and Manager lookup join  in recipe I am able to get only immediate(direct)  reporting and opportunity amount rollup.   I need to show rollup based on hierarchy top to bottom such as   EmpM1 ->EmpM2 -> SalesRep1 and SalesRep2,SalesRep3  and SalesRep1 > SalesSubRep1 , SalesSubRep2, SalesSubRep3,SalesSubRep4

This is my Expectation 

EmpM1 - 8

EmpM2 - 7

SalesRep1  - 4 

I am getting from my recipe 

EmpM1 - 1

EmpM2 - 3

SalesRep1  - 4

Can any one hep how to achieve this requirement ?

I completed the "Prepare for Your Administrator Certification Exam (CRT101)" course on August 10–11, 2026, and I still haven't received my certification voucher via email. What should I do? 

Hello Salesforce Certification Support Team,  I successfully passed the Salesforce Platform Developer certification exam on 13th aug. However, it has been one week since I passed the exam, and I have not yet received my certification certificate. I have checked my email inbox and spam/junk folders, but I am unable to find the certificate email.

Could you please check my certification status and help me with the certificate/PDF download?
