Hi Team,

I am requesting an account verification regarding my eligibility for the Journey to Salesforce (J2S) sweepstakes prizes.

Here is my situation:

1. I registered for J2S via trailhead.salesforce.com.
2. I recently completed all required Trailmixes (Trailmix 1, 2, 3, and 4a/4b).
3. Before starting J2S, I had already completed 4 to 5 individual Trailhead badges in previous years during earlier learning. However, all remaining badges across the four Trailmixes were completed last month during the active entry period.

Since I have fully completed the Trailmix sequence, could you please confirm if my account qualifies for the monthly sweepstakes draw or if manual verification is needed?

I registered for the Journey to Salesforce program using the email and received a confirmation email for my enrollment (attached/forwarded below).

However, when I check my Schwag Status on the tracker, it shows "Looks like you have not enrolled to the program," even though it has been more than 24 hours since I enrolled and my email matches exactly.

Hello, I am a beginner in my Salesforce journey. I created an Outlook email account and started practicing on Trailhead. However, after creating my Trailhead account, I am not receiving the registration/verification emails from Trailhead.

Could you please guide me on this? Is Outlook email suitable for Trailhead and the J2S program, or should I use a different email provider? I would appreciate your advice.

It is mentioned that,  (i) have an active Salesforce Trailhead account; (ii) sign up to Journey to Salesforce via trailhead.salesforce.com and (ii) have not previously completed the Journey to Salesforce Trailhead courses. I'm having that do they mean, we should only follow the course and complete after registering to j2s, because i've already followed it and complete, but gonna register now into j2s, and some one please tell me that, we can track for schwags unitl trailmix 3, but for voucher, where can we track it after completing trailmix 4a or 4b
