    The self-study materials recommended for this exam include:

    Practical experience will be very useful, especially concerning Apex capabilities, other capacities like flow or asynchronous capabilities, and deployment possibilities.

Online proctored option is missing.

Salesforce has revoked online proctored option from Webassessor. Im not able schedule remote exam. I only see 2 options i.e. Onsite and Event proctored. I raised a couple of support tickets with Salesforce but haven't received a response. On reaching out to the Kryterion support, I was asked to connect with Salesforce on this.

 

Kindly assist.

Spring '25 Certification Maintenance Due This Friday 

 

FYI! The deadline to complete Spring '25 maintenance is fast approaching. You must complete maintenance badges by this Friday, April 17, 2026 to remain certified on the following certifications: 

 

  1. Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  2. Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
  3. Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator
  4. Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant
  5. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  6. Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Integration Architect
  7. Salesforce Certified Slack Administrator
  8. Salesforce Certified Platform Strategy Designer

 

Completing these maintenance badges will also maintain the certifications that have the above certifications as prerequisites. Failing to complete the required maintenance by the deadline will result in your certification status becoming expired, requiring you to retake the exam to re-earn your certification. 

 

Spring ‘26 Certification Maintenance Coming Next Week

 

 

Then, next week, starting April 23, 2026, Spring ‘26 maintenance badges will become available to get an early start on certification maintenance.

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, once certifications move to "Expired" status, there isn't a grace period or reactivation path — the certifications would need to be re-earned by retaking the exams.

    help.salesforce.com

    — the team there can confirm your options and assist with any account-related questions.

    I passed my exam successfully using 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗢

     

    and around 90% of the questions were very similar to the practice material, which made the experience much easier

If Anyone have free certification vouchers or if anyone know how to get free exam vouchers please give me an idea. I want to complete my admin learning by completing adminstrator exam.

Hello,

I missed the maintenance window for my Salesforce Certified Administrator credential due to a family wedding commitment. I sincerely apologize for missing the deadline.

My organization has scheduled my training and certification for Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in April, and maintaining the Administrator certification is a prerequisite for this path. Without completing the maintenance, my certification plan and professional growth may be delayed.

I kindly request guidance on whether the maintenance window can be reopened as a one-time exception so I can complete the requirement immediately.

I have no previous IT experience but I have been taking several trails and have 14 badges already.
