Hi everyone,
One of my customers has implemented the Salesforce Innovation Hub (by Salesforce Labs), and we are currently trying to locate its official documentation. However, the package seems to have been unlisted from the AppExchange, and we can no longer access the listing or its setup guides.
Does anyone happen to have a copy of the documentation, a backup link, or know where we might find these resources? I've tried GitHub already...

I am getting the following error when adding the managed Marketing Cloud Journeys component to a Person Account Lightning Record Page: "The 'Marketing Cloud Journeys' component's 'Field containing Contact Key' property has an invalid value." This error occurs only on the Person Account record page. The same component works correctly on other Account record pages, and I do not encounter this issue there. Additionally, the component is working as expected in our Production org. The issue occurs only in our developer Sandbox org when adding it to a Person Account record page
Hi @Vasudha Kadge This error usually means the Contact Key field configured in the Marketing Cloud Journeys component is not valid for Person Accounts in your sandbox. Make sure the field exists, is accessible, and matches the Contact Key used in Marketing Cloud. Since it works in Production, compare the component settings, Person Account configuration, and Marketing Cloud package version between Production and the sandbox. If everything matches and the error remains, try reinstalling or updating the Marketing Cloud managed package in the sandbox.

We are reaching out for guidance on a namespace conflict issue we are facing in our SharinPix managed package.
In our managed package, we have a custom object named Job__c. One of our customer orgs also has an unmanaged custom object with the same API name: Job__c.
In Apex, we derive the object name from the customer’s record Id:
recordId.getSObjectType().getDescribe().getName()
This returns Job__c, and the record Id belongs to the customer’s unmanaged object.
However, when we execute dynamic SOQL from within our managed package, FROM Job__c resolves to the SharinPix managed package object. We understand this is the default Salesforce namespace resolution behavior in a managed package context.
Has anyone found a reliable workaround for this? Is there any supported way to explicitly query the subscriber/default-namespace object from managed package Apex when both objects have the same API name?

This is a known limitation of namespace resolution in managed packages. Within managed package Apex, unqualified object names resolve to the package namespace first, so dynamic SOQL against Job__c will target the packaged object when both exist.
Unfortunately, there's no supported way to force dynamic SOQL to resolve to the subscriber's unmanaged object in this scenario. A common workaround is to avoid API name collisions altogether or use another identifier (such as the object's namespace or describe metadata) to differentiate the objects where possible. If this is a blocker, Salesforce Support may be able to confirm whether there are any newer platform capabilities or known workarounds.

This appexchange app helps in viewing the hierarchy view of any standard/custom object. It is free and very easy to use. You can view the hierarchy of more than 300 levels.
Sushanta, to list an app on AppExchange, you can’t rely on just a normal SFDX project deploy. You need to create a proper managed package first.
Make sure you are working with a Dev Hub org, then create a package, add your components, and generate a package version using the standard SFDX package commands. Most of the time the issue comes from missing dependencies or unsupported metadata in the package.
Once the package version is created and installed in a test org successfully, then you can move towards AppExchange listing.

I have been trying to setup trail tracker on my dev org, but I am not able to sync all the previous badges I've already gotten as a trailblazer. I have passed through the setup in which I had used my security token and etc, with no errors.
Is it even possible to sync my trailblazer profile badges with trail tracker?
If anyone could guide me through any documentation link for that, I's really appreciate.
On debug log I've got the following errors:

We just shipped Agentforce integration for our Power BI Connector for Salesforce, and wanted to share it here in case it's useful for anyone building Salesforce reporting workflows with Power BI.
Power BI Connector for Salesforce is an AppExchange app that lets you define datasets inside Salesforce, selecting objects, fields, and filters, and then load them into Power BI via Power Query. No row limits, incremental refresh, standard Salesforce permissions respected.
The value of adding Agentforce here is that you no longer need to know the Salesforce data model upfront to build a useful dataset. You describe what you want to report on and the agent handles the schema decisions.
The integration adds an Agentforce subagent that works in two modes:
Setup is currently manual: three Actions, a Subagent, and an Agent configured in Salesforce Setup. A dedicated AppExchange extension is in the works that will replace the manual flow.

Salesforce doesn’t provide a direct way to report on field usage or how often fields are populated using standard reporting. For this requirement, you’ll need an approach that can analyze field-level usage across records in bulk.
