Salesforce feels like a journey where there’s always something new to discover. ✨

Every new concept brings a little more confidence, and that makes the learning even more exciting. 🚀

In winter27 I see this change: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_health_home_health_list_calendar_views.htm&release=264&type=5

I have noticed that alongside this change in my preview sandbox, the view is now defaulting to the CalendarView. We prefer the list view. This is not documented. Is this the right place to post this kind of thing.

    @Eric Burté

I am in the release readiness channel. I suppose my questions are targeted towards the product team for health cloud/home health and this being the group for that it seems like the best place to post it. I don't want/nor think I should need to cross-post.

Yes I have already checked the component config. There are no additional undocumented parameters that I could use.

Most people are unfamiliar with EML files and their uses. And those who are familiar with them are looking for an EML-to-PST converter. If you’re reading this, you’ll learn about both. EML files are essentially an offline format for your everyday emails. To open your emails offline, you need an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook. To convert EML files to PST files, use the Advik EML to PST Converter.  This simplifies the conversion between these file formats. It is the only tool that generates a detailed report of all converted items. Furthermore, the original file structure is preserved during the conversion. The converter can convert EML files to MBOX, DOC, PDF, and TXT formats. I used this and got excellent results. If you want to learn more about EML files or need a reliable EML to PST converter, I highly recommend this tool.

Most people are unfamiliar with EML files because they usually work inside an email client rather than handling individual message files. EML is simply a standard email file that can store the message body, sender and recipient details, date, subject, hyperlinks, and attachments. It is commonly used by Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and other email applications.

The main advantage of EML is portability. A single email can be saved, transferred, opened separately, or converted when moving between mail platforms. You can convert your EML files to multiple formats like PST, MBOX, MSG, EMLX, HTML, PDF or others when a different email client or archive format is required.

If there are only a few EML files, an EML viewer can be enough. For hundreds or thousands of files, an EML conversion tool like

Softaken EML Converter makes more sense because it can process the files in bulk and preserve email content and attachments.

Hi everyone, wanted to see if others are having issues with editing/saving Lightning Email templates after the Winter 27 release in Sandbox?  I'm getting the following error (Red banner):  We couldn't save your work. Please refresh the page and try again.

I have a case with support.  This doesn't seem to be documented as a Known Issue yet, though the support team says it's being looked at.  I wanted to get a sense of how many others are having similar experiences.  I have been actively working on templates in the sandbox related to a project for the last 6 weeks with no issues until after the weekend release, so it's definitely not a permission issue.

I’m running automated UI tests on Salesforce, and I’ve run into an issue since the Winter ’26 release.

Since Winter ’26 was deployed, automation worked fine on Sandbox, while in Prod ORG I now get a “Verify Your Identity” page every time the automated test logs in. This issue does not happen when I login manually on Prod ORG

.

  • Using the same credentials manually and in automation.
  • Having same IP address manually and in automation (added to Trusted IP Ranges).
  • automated tests (no Headless mode) using Java + Selenium (ChromeDriver / GeckoDriver).

Login from automated tests works in Sandbox but fails in Production since Winter ’26

We use SSO and the "Verify Your Identity"  is still popping up for users.  It is not consistent making it hard to troubleshoot.  What would trigger the pop up for one user and not others?  In the login history it shows as successful for the login attempts when the Verify Your Identity popup is triggered.

When I export a report two VERY BAD and different things are happening now in Winter 24. Not in known issues.

1) ANNOYING: I get prompted to re-log again in a new window. No download until success although it does not wait for the UI login flow to complete.

2) VER BAD: The filters from the report are not respected in the export. They are whatever has been saved in the report last but not as revised by the user in the current report. This is VERY confusing and dangerous. I have a report in my window and export it. The data may not be the same if the user applied any filter. I say again.. VERY BAD!

Note that exporting the CSV gets you what matches the screen. So two ways to export the report that don't even match.

    Hey Bhagyavan,

This is an internal server error on Salesforce's own infrastructure (the message itself confirms "

    salesforce.com

support team has been notified"), not something wrong with your account setup or browser.

Since this happened right after login on a specific home page, try:

    - Wait a few minutes and refresh, transient internal errors often clear on retry

    - Try navigating directly to Setup or a different tab (like an object list view) instead of the Home page, if that works, the issue may be specific to a component on your Home page (like a broken dashboard or custom Lightning component)

    - Clear browser cache or try incognito, rules out a stale cached page state

    - If it persists across all pages/browsers, log a case with Salesforce Support and include the Error ID: 605878076-277435 (-652286695), that ID lets their support team pull the exact server-side log for your issue

Since the org is on a Developer Edition-style domain (

    speed-speed-1379.lightning.force.com

), if this is a Trailhead Playground, spinning up a fresh one may be faster than waiting on a support case.
