I managed to add the action as URL but I opened in a new page, Also I`ve created an aura component but I cant add it to the list view, I want that the screen flow will be opened as a popup and not new page.
Any suggestions?

I was hoping to use PopUps to provide stage specific sales guidance in opportunities. Is it possible to add hyperlinks to PopUps so that account executives can be taken to a stage specific intranet page (i.e. "Please access deal close checklist here)? If not, is there a character limit on PopUps? Thank you!

Hyperlinks is supported by the Modal type PopUp. It can be included along the message in Modal type using html format as messages are displayed in rich-text format
e.g. click the link to <a href="
https://www.stratus360.com" target="_blank"> Stratus360 </a>
I want to use Flow with PopUps. How do I set up my Flow so that it would get the record ID of the page I put the PopUps on?
