#Conga Solution Records0 discussing

Getting error messages on a Solution when trying to access Template Builder:

1. "The id parameter is missing" (when accessed via Conga Solutions);

2. "Unable to retrieve Conga query from Salesforce. This could be an issue with visibility" (when accessed via button on object page).

I also note that the Solution requires a button update every time I open it, whether I have made any changes to it or not.  Anyone got any tips?

It's surprising to know that &EmailFromID cannot be used in Communities. Is there anyone out there who has a workaround?

Hi All,

While we refresh the production org( where conga is working fine) none of the conga solution records nor the templates gets transfered/copied into any sandboxes.

Things which I have already checked 

• Conga solution setup added all the sites and checked the URL
• Managed  a custom setting with the org ID

Is there anything which I am missing out on
