What are your thoughts about the new IPEDS Access Database that is now available? (The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System )  How do you think your institution would benefit from the use of this data format?

The ACCESS format is OK - if you know how to use it, it saves you trouble of importing the data yourself and may run into format problem in test/csv files.

Recently, I found some interesting development while I was googling for college data distance education:

    edpond.blogspot.com/2018/11/

The article linked to some interesting youtube videos.

    Best regard.

Hello everyone! It's a little bit late notice, but I wanted to be sure and point out that the customer speaker at tomorrow's San Antonio Tableau Users Group is Enflux, which focuses on data for higher education. More specifically they'll be talking "about their Tableau story and how they use Tableau to enable data-driven decisions to high education institutions." You can find out more and sign up for the meeting at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/q4-2018-san-antonio-tableau-user-group-tickets-52221507936
