Hi,
I am creating my first App for the AppExchange and would like to know what are the best practices for creating the setup page.
Use Cases:
1. I am using Salesforce Sites for external users. So the customer should create his own site and write it on the setup page.
2. Some records must be created before start using the application
Should I save the setup informations as a static resource, Records or is there a better way to do so?

Hi,
I have turned on the scheduling rule "Match Queues", and then then mapped a Job Profile (Regular) to 2 queues.
I have then created a shift, using that job profile and territory. I then used "Get Candidates". I can see candidates in there whom do not have access to both queues in the Job Profile mapping (they only have 1). I can then assign it to them.
Why are they still showing and why can I assign them? Does that mean that the scheduling rule isn't working?

I was trying to reproduce this but was not able to select this Scheduling Rule. Do you know if salesforce disabled this? @Maggie Hong @Maggie Hong

We can only see 10 rows when using Intraday Management - it is extremely difficult for us to manage our entire team of over 30 reps - when we cannot see the entire schedule in one screen. How can this be adjusted? Also, when is the next office hours?

How does a region get mapped to a service territory? When I create a Capacity Plan the region is mapping to the wrong service territory.

Hi @Camille Schmitz apologies on the delay here. You are following the Partner Learning Camp course right? If I remember correctly, the region is a custom field on the Telco Data object. If you are seeing the "Stay Tuned" screen, I wonder if it's actually an issue with the forecast/ML model. Do you have a support case opened?
