Hi there,

 

I recently installed the Social Feedback Survey App From AppExchange and after configuring it, I am receiving the below error.

 

 Error: The managed social account must be validated to use this feature.

 

I have done all sorts of troubleshooting. 

I have checked that the social accounts are active on the Social customer Service page

I have checked that the permission gives access to those accounts

I have CRUD on the Social Post object

I have tracking feed turned on cases and all related objects

 

The dropdown fields are empty.

@Crisis Response App - Salesforce Labs Ive installed this free app into one of our developer orgs. Its great and have done all the set up however we want to change some of the survey questions. Im told this is possible, even thou its a managed package.

Can anyone advise me on how to change the questions on the wellness survey. I have clicked into the Flow that was prebuilt that came with the app but not sure where to go to try and change the survey questions. Help would be appreciated. :)

    Thanks @Justin Kuryliw myself and a coworker did end up realizing this. We cloned the Flow for the wellness questionnaire and then removed a lot of what was there and input our own questions. Worked just like we wanted it to. Now just trying to see if we will go with this POC for real use or not.

Morning! I am the Sr. Salesforce System Administrator for a non-profit (120+ employees) and am quite intrigued with this app. I have reviewed the "Usage and Installation Guide" and could not find any reference to Salesforce licenses requirements. All of our employees/users either have a Full Salesforce license or a ChatterOnly/ChatterPlus license.

 

Will I be able to install this application/portal and have all the employees have access (as per the permission sets provided for various functionality offerings that I would assign) or will I need to purchase other services/licenses to use this app?
