Excited to share that I’ve taken ownership of this Salesforce Developer Group! 🎉

I’m looking forward to restarting our community activities with regular meetups, hands-on workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions where we can learn, collaborate, and grow together.

If you’re part of a Nashville-based business or consulting company and would be open to hosting one of our upcoming sessions, I’d love to connect. Hosting is a great way to engage with the local Salesforce community and support learning initiatives.

Also, if anyone is interested in leading a session, workshop, or presentation in the coming months—please reach out! I already have a few requests lined up for May and would be happy to collaborate.

Let’s build a strong, supportive community together. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Good Morning.

I'm wondering if this group is currently active. I've had some people reach out to me asking about this group and the Bowling Green group I led. I'm considering trying to unofficially restart the BG group and if I find interest, will ask SF to make it official again. Just wondering how things are going here in Nashville. Louisville KY is beginning to get some activity around its group.

I would also support you adding @Tabitha Dean   as a member here. She is getting started as an admin and would like to be a part of all the local(ish) Salesforce community groups.

Thanks.

Hi @Doug Ayers, I really enjoy this fantastic package, and thank you mentally often! I couldn't find a setting for the level of notification, something like: get notification at each run, get notification when records were processed, get notifications on errors only. I can't even get rid of notifications, which, when you set a run every hour, but most of the time nothings happens, generate quite a few useless (for me!) notifications. I read the documentation few times, went throught all the app pages, and could not find anything. Did I miss something? Thanks.

Recently I was talking with @Michelle Hansen who had the use case that she’d like to run a Flow when a file is shared to a record. Unfortunately, Process Builder doesn't support the ContentDocumentLink, ContentDocument, or ContentVersion objects. Not to be deterred, Michelle and I collaborated to develop a solution anyways! Check out the details in the linked blog post.

How to Declaratively Handle with Flow When Files are Shared to Records

Service Cloud Research Survey

Per @Natalia Cordero,

The Salesforce User Experience Team wants to ensure they have a solid understanding of how our customers work.  Your feedback will be used to improve our product's design. If interested in participating, please fill out our Service Cloud Research Survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X9RB3JR.

Those selected would participate in a 60-minute feedback session conducted remotely via GoToMeeting next week, June 10th - June 13th, and will receive a $150 e-gift card, that they can redeem at any of their favorite retailers or donate to a charity of their choosing, as a small token of our appreciation for their very valuable feedback.
