There was a video that Salesforce presented on IoT where a sprinkler system was able to send or create a case/ work order and a distributor was able to pick-up the ticket using Field Service.
I was researching this topic further as I need to present this to a potential client.
What would be the full Salesforce Stack for this solution? The machine/equipment would create a case/work order for maintenance, upcoming maintenance, and even log a malfunction.
Where can I find solution/technical information to support this? I am looking for architecture and product info.
