Hi all Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud experts at the same time,

My Marketing Cloud colleagues are having the problem that when they send a newsletter to their list of Contacts only some contacts are receiving the email and others aren't. By checking the Sales Cloud environment 2 Contacts and checking the related list Emails, we saw the Newsletter Email in a contact, but not in the other. We cheked if there are differences between both Contacts in the Sales Cloud environment. Both had filled all necessary fields, no differences.

As from your experience, where else would you recommend to check why some contacts are receiving the Newsletter and why others aren't?. I think the problem is in the Marketing Cloud environment, something in the configuration or lists or whatever is missing.

Possible scenario: 1st time email send will add the subscriber to the All Subscriber list. On the next send, if the email has changed on Sales/Service Cloud, then it will still use the old email address in the All Subscribers list.

Hi everybody,

let's see if someone can help us on the issue our client is getting when sending a Newsletter email, where a cryptic "bounce ..." instead of the correct sender email address appears in the sender part of the email:

bounce-7456_HTML-XXXXX@bounce.news.ourcompany.com.

Does anybody know what this issue is ponting out and where do we have to make corrections or how can we help our client?. I am very very newbie in Marketing Cloud, but I am trying to do my best.

Hi Aman, thanks for responding. The configuration within MC was correct. Our customer solved this internally as there was something like "Envelope Sender" which they were using in their Mailbox system instead of the "From" email address. This was causing bounced sender email addresses in the header of the emails when my customer's users were receiving emails

Hi all,

unfortunately I couldn't find any information about possibilities to add Outlook, Google and Apple events in an advertising mail in Marketing Cloud.

Did somebody have any experience with third-party tools or is there any standard functionality within the MC plattform with this functionality?.

Help in this sense, your answers will be appreciated.

I wish you all a nice day.
