    Bonjour,

J'ai le même problème et je suis pourtant administrateur, depuis peu... J'ai ce problème lorsque je bascule vers la version classique et que je désire afficher un objet. Je peux pourtant tout faire dans la version  Lightning Experience.

Hi.

Hope someone can help me with the following please.

I'm trying to trigger workflow based on a Post being received on a case. I have created a Process Builder that triggers off the creation of a Feed Item record, however I only want it to do something when the post is inbound on the case, For example I'd like to remove a 'waiting on user' flag when a response on a case is received via a post, but I don't want it to be removed when I send a post out from the case. Is this possible? I was hoping to find an 'IsInbound' flag or similar on the Feed Item but nothing jumping out at me.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Mark.

I'm guessing this has been asked before, but how can we enable chatter on a case to be configured to only be visible with a defined audience? In the "audience selector" in the publisher I am only given 2 options, both which I know and use:

  1. All with Access - to make visible to customer community users
  2. United Way Only - visible for only to those with full license and access to this record.

I would love to make additional options here based on criteria that I set and/or have this list chatter groups that I am a part of.

What am I missing?

Thank you!

    @Hans Schaedel

    - Thank you for getting back to me. Use case = "The product team is working a case and wants to discuss among themselves within the chatter feed, but not expose the conversation to the case submitter (who has a full Salesforce license), how could we set the audience of a chatter post to 'service cloud agents' or some other criteria?"

    This make sense?

Hi all - today there is no standard functionality to auto follow records based on criteria. There's an idea for this: https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000Gp0dAAC

If found 2 apps that seem to partially cover this (Chatrules and ChattoMate) but would like to hear from the community if there are alternative options

Thanks!

Hello,

Our company has recently implemented Salesforce. We have lot of users with External App License(LEA).

We have developed an Mobile App, and gave an access to these users. One of the key feature we are looking at is to enable Chatter feature for these users, where HR team can send out chatter messages to these users.

I need your expert comment on how to implement Chatter feature for these users.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Trailblazers,

@Chatter Product Group @* Chatter Adoption & Best Practices *

I need help on migrating chatter feed from one salesforce org to another salesforce org.

1. How to tag @mention while migrating feedItem records?

2. How to migrate chatter feeds which are of TrackChange type?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Shyam B.

Hey All,

I hope you're all safe and sound.  I have a chatter question that I'm wondering if anyone in this group has come across.

My company is pretty active with chatter and we are looking to take it to the 'next level' but I'm running into reporting issues.  Specifically, I would like to report on either the number of posts per user in a chatter group within a specified timeframe or report on the number of posts per user per topic.  I know the latter can be accomplished for individuals that have 'view all' or 'modify all' but this obviously won't work for everyone in my org.

Has anyone come up with a workaround for such a scenario?

Thanks,

Jeff

Thanks @Jeff Musgrave for bringing this up in here, we are also in a similar boat where we are trying to report seen by, views per post which are available for individual post but not able to report based on these in reports. we tried installing community dashboard package for chatter and couldn't find the report we are looking for. @Chatter Product Group @Jim Murphy please consider these reporting requests in future releases as they are crucial for analyzing outreach and chatter adoption.

Hi everyone. Is it possible to send an email to a case owner everytime a post in chatter is made? Or when a user forgets to mention "@user", try to identify a username and send the e-mail? What about send each post in a case to specific users. Thanks.

@Julian Armington The two links to the left of this group are not working: "Check out the Getting Started Implementation Guide and YouTube tutorial videos, like this one". Can you please provide updated links.  Thank you!

A user has posted in a Chatter group, but that post is not showing up in the Chatter feed for members of the group. They're only seeing the post if they actually go to the Chatter Group page. So far, the only difference I can notice is that this particular post has photos attached to it. Is there something related to the ownership/view settings for those photos' Files? Any suggestions appreciated.
