Attempting to complete the Add a Flow as an Agent Action and the UI on the screen seeems to be updated, but the instrucitons are not or vice versa. the screen is asking for scope as a required field, and no instrucitns for scope or the "Add Instrucitons. Also, I can't find the 'Action available for reasoning' as shown in teh screenshot, etc. I am stuck.

If I open the "This Subagent's Actions" tab, shouldn't I be able to add an action there? It feels like I'm looking at an older UI version.
