Einstein Activity Capture – Emails showing “This email hasn’t been shared with you” despite Share with Everyone

Hi everyone,

We are using 

Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) in Salesforce, and recently migrated our Microsoft 365 connection from Microsoft 365 EWS to Microsoft Graph.

We are facing an issue where some users cannot see the content of emails in the Activity Timeline. Instead, they see:

The issue occurs both on the Account and Contact Activity Timeline.

For example, one user (Jürgen Lange) has the same EAC configuration as another user (Patrick Lang), and both are connected using Microsoft Graph

. 

I have already checked the following:

•  Both users are connected through Microsoft Graph. 
•  Both users use the same EAC configuration. 
•  The affected user's EAC sharing setting was changed from Don't Share → Share with Everyone. 
•  I also repeated this for the other affected user. 
•  The emails are still showing as not shared. 
•  The emails are visible on the Contact's Activity Timeline, but the content cannot be opened by other users.
