I've posted this issue again as I tried several options I;ve been advised but nothing seem to work and I keep getting - "Einstein is not enabled in your org. Make sure you turn it on in the Einstein Setup section."
I've refreshed several times, still not working.
I tried the Salesforce Go still doesn't work
I tried creating a new playground using another email address but still not working.
Just to add that I also contacted the Agenforce bot and it advised ont he following but I have no idea how to check my permissions per below :
- Check Permissions:
- Ensure that the profile you are using has the necessary permissions, such as Manage Lightning Sync and Manage Users.
- You can enable these permissions in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience:
- Classic: Setup > Administer > Manage Users > Profiles > Select your Profile.1
- Lightning: Click the Gear icon > Setup > Users > Profiles > Select your Profile.
Can someone please advise. Or drive me through some specific screenshots or a huddle thanks
