I believe there is no performance recording feature in Tableau Online. So, want to know the ways to do performance testing in Tableau Online.
The requirement is to compare performance of dashboards in Tableau Online with the same Dashboards in Tableau Server

As per my knowledge there is no performance recording feature in Tableau Online like in Tableau Server. However you could try - Performance Recording in Tableau Desktop
Generally if the viz takes time to load on desktop the same can be expected on tableau online.
