Multiple users are not able to access report with a particular report type thats saved in Public Folder. Report type used was "Report and Dashboard Components" users are getting error as shown in the screenshot.
The report type is deployed correctly.
Users are able to access other reports saved in Public folder.

Reports and dashboard components report type is on setup objects, not standard objects, so regular users cannot access them. You need view setup permissions which you probably do not want to give to end users. I make users submit a request and give them an export of the report whenever they need to run this report to see which dashboard is using which report
