Access Governance Superbadge – Monitor Data Changes challenge not recognizing special org

Question

Hi Trailblazers, I'm working on the Access Governance Superbadge → Monitor Data Changes challenge. I have completed the required configuration and connected the hands-on org to my Trailhead account. However, when I click Check Challenge , I receive the following error: “We can't find the required permission sets, groups, or users preinstalled in your org. Make sure you're using the special Developer Edition org made for this Superbadge and linked in the scenario above.” I have verified that the org is connected to Trailhead, but the challenge is still not recognizing the required preinstalled configuration. Has anyone faced the same issue with this challenge recently? Is there anything specific I should verify regarding the special Developer Edition org or its connection to Trailhead? I have attached the screenshot of the error for reference. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Hi, I faced a similar issue with Superbadge challenges before. In this case, I would first verify that you’re using the  special Developer Edition org specifically provided for the Access Governance Superbadge , rather than a regular Trailhead Playground or another Developer Edition org. Also, try disconnecting and reconnecting the org from  Trailhead → Settings → Hands-on Orgs , then make sure the correct org is selected when clicking  Check Challenge . If the error still appears, I’d recommend checking whether the preinstalled  permission sets, permission set groups, and users  mentioned in the scenario are actually present in the org. If those components are missing, it could indicate that the wrong org was provisioned or that the special org setup didn’t complete correctly. Hope this helps, and good luck with the Superbadge!
