How to Get a Certification Exam Invoice with Company Name and Tax ID

There's no dedicated field for company name or tax ID (NIP) on the certification exam billing/checkout form — it only captures the candidate's personal details and billing address, because the exam registration is tied to your individual Trailblazer/Webassessor profile, not a company account. 

So there's no "workaround" field mapping that will get your company name and tax ID onto the invoice through the standard checkout. The invoice will always reflect the candidate (you) as the billed party. 

A couple of options that actually work: 

1. Submit an Invoice Inquiry case through Salesforce Help after purchase — support can look into adding company details to the invoice on a case-by-case basis depending on region. 

2. If this is a recurring need (multiple people certifying), reach out to your Salesforce Partner Account Manager about purchasing exam vouchers in bulk. Vouchers bought this way can be issued directly to your company, which solves the invoicing problem at the source rather than after the fact.
