Having Trouble Lightning Experience Customization-Customize Record Page Components and Fields

I'm doing the "Customize a contact record page" hands-on challenge and I'm at the "Create Custom Lightning Record Page" section, step 9. Step 8 is  "In the properties pane, click Upgrade Now

to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard." So after upgrading you have to select a layout. In the module it's asking to select the Energy Audit Layout, and the hands-on challenge is asking to select the Contact Layout, but everytime I get to the layout selection, Contact Layout is not an option or at least not appearing. Any ideas? I've tried this multiple times, even trying different methods to get Contact Layout to appear.
