Unable to click "upgrade now" option to enable dynamic form.

I have completed the 1st task (create field generation prompt template). 

But when I tried to do the 2nd task for enabling dynamic form, the case doesn't have a upgrade option on this page. I tried several times by refreshing page and closing and opening the case. Could you please help me with this to solve the confusion from the below screenshot?
