I am trying to install the Volunteer Management package. I've gone through all the trailhead steps and now I think I'm just clicking options to see if it changes anything.

The volunteer job page shows no jobs. All jobs are connected to active campaigns, with the option to show on the website selected. All jobs have shifts, future dates, and recurring schedules.

The Visualforce preview page shows the page with all jobs listed correctly (albeit with questionable formatting), with a working link to sign up.

I've tried to access the online guide posted in another answer and the link no longer works.

Please help.

Hi Adrienne, since the jobs are showing correctly on the Visualforce preview but not on the public volunteer page, it sounds like the issue may be with the Experience/Site page configuration rather than the jobs themselves.

I’d check that the correct Volunteers Job Listing Visualforce page is configured for the site and that the site guest user has the required access to the Volunteers for Salesforce objects and fields.

Also try refreshing/publishing the site after making any changes.

If everything looks correct but the public page still says “there are no volunteer jobs available”, could you share a screenshot of the site/page configuration and the job listing component settings? That would help narrow down where the filtering is happening.
