I'm working on a migration project. They use Conga CLM package along with some more packages fitting their business need. They generate agreements using Conga CLM, use docusign for e-signature and once the document is signed, the agreement will be activated. Right now, all the agreements are in different platform but the business is dumping all these agreements into sharepoint. Goal is to move all the documents from sharepoint and attach it into salesforce to the respecticve agreement record. There will be documentid with which we can match with agreement record in SF. I want to explore options on how to connect share point to Salesforce and pull files into salesforce. Need to execute this logic without 3rd party tools and only by using SF native tools. If using workbench helps in anyway, it can be used. Each files size won't exceed 25MB. And there are more than 50k docs in sharepoint. Give me options in detail to execute this requirement, share limitations and how to handle limitations and also share any error that we might see like timeout error, heap size error and any other errors.

I know you mentioned no 3rd party tools, but this is SF native off the AppExchange. Connect your Salesforce records to folders in SharePoint, so all these files will be mapped and seen inside of Salesforce but not actually live there. This helps alleviate the expensive cost of Salesforce files storage, provide a better folder structure, and all easily accessible in Salesforce.
