I'm trying to get started on my Superbadge for Prompt Building but already stuck with creating the Org on step 4. I waited over an hour and didn't get the activation email. Anyone experience this? Who can I reach out to for help? Thank you!

  1. Sign up for a free Developer Edition org with special configuration.
  2. Fill out the form. For Email address, enter an active email address.
  3. After you fill out the form, click Sign me up.
  4. When you receive the activation email (this might take up to an hour), open it and click Verify Account.
  5. Complete your registration by setting your password and challenge question. Tip: Save your username, password, and login URL in a secure place—such as a password manager—for easy access later.
  6. You are logged in to your superbadge Developer Edition org.

    Hi @Felicia Cheng

It is a common issue when signing up for special-configured

Developer Edition orgs (like the ones required for Superbadges). A few things you can try:

    1. Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes the activation email gets filtered out.
    2. Wait and retry – while Salesforce says “up to an hour,” it can sometimes take longer, or the request may time out. If you don’t get the email within a couple of hours, try signing up again with a different email address (preferably not your corporate one, since some firewalls block the activation emails).
    3. Use Gmail/Outlook – public email domains tend to work better than restricted company ones.
    4. Contact Salesforce Trailhead Help – if you’ve retried a couple of times and still don’t get the activation email, you can open a ticket here: Trailhead Help. They can either resend the activation email or reset your signup attempt.

Let me know if this helps!!!
