Thanks to a ton of collaboration between CX, product, support, and adoption teams, we’ve made some major improvements to the Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) documentation.
- Check out the new What’s Included in Nonprofit Cloud topic! This is far more informative and helpful in understanding what makes up NPC.
- Behold the new setup docs! We’ve redesigned these docs to be simpler, more digestible, easier to navigate, and to embrace our reuse model. This duplication reduction should also help with Agentforce and making sure that our users trust that the steps are accurate and up to date!
- Editions and permissions tables everywhere! Our topics have been missing these tables and now they are where they need to be!
- ICYMI a few days ago, check out the updated Nonprofit Cloud Migration and Implementation Guides. The new Implementation Guide is now linked from H&T.
Thank you to all who reviewed docs and provided very valuable feedback. We’re not done! CX will keep working with PMs, support, and adoption teams to iterate and keep making things better! “Good enough” is never good enough ;)
