Native Slack integration - post not sending notification of a new post
Slack native integration does not alert to new post
Hello and thank you for your time. I am using the native salesforce-slack integration. I have written a flow which will post to slack when a record is created. Everything works with the exception that the channel does not appear to reflect that new post has been created, meaning, I don't receive a notification of the new post. is that a limitation of the slack integration or do I have to do something in my slack action to make notifications work?
There are videos out there but it likely has some middleware like a mulesoft to get it to work when the demo a back and forth because the current release of the salesforce slack only post new messages or you can send conversations to a record, however, that appears to be changing pretty fast
