Hi everyone! We recently set up EAC for two groups of users who have different default Record Type settings for events on their profiles. The issue is that one group's event synchronization from Outlook to Salesforce works perfectly, while the other never synchronizes. If I change the profile of a user who cannot synchronize to match the profile of a user who can synchronize, it then works perfectly. Has anyone encountered something similar? Have you managed to solve it? Thanks in advance!

ah ok, yep, that could do it, I assume the validation rule was on the event object?
