The amount of research that went to DF19 sessions were phenomenal. The UX team under @Jason Day met with customers. I remember them not only tracking amount of time users would spend looking for information that could be automated, but the number of "alt-tabs" and scribbles in notepad and the like.
We've come a long way, and there are still many established practices to scale across the ecosystem. I am glad we are still connected.
