Hi,

 

For context:

  • Employee B needs independent access to the client's Pardot instance, but MFA is still set up on Employee A’s device. 
  • Employee A is no longer supporting this client, and Employee B can only log in by coordinating with Employee A to retrieve the verification code, making access inefficient and unreliable.

 

What steps can we provide the client to transfer MFA setup from Employee A’s device to Employee B’s device, given that they’ve encountered difficulties with previous attempts, and we lack admin access to their Pardot instance?
