I created a Triggered-Template flow on account that get the related accounts data and add it to Prompt.
I created a Prompt template of type Flex and used the flow in the template workspace. This template is using OpenAI GPT 4 model.
I deactivate Einstein Copilot, Created a Copilot Action of type "Prompt Template" and reference the Prompt Template. I Provided Action Instructions, Input record instruction and marked true for" Show in Conversation".
Now when I select the custom action and click "Assign to Copilot" button, getting the following error message: "We couldn't save your changes. Try again."
So I tried to assign managed custom actions and got the same message.
This is a full copy sandbox and user was assigned "CopilotSalesforceAdminPSG" Permission set group for required permissions.
Do anyone faced this issue? It is a permissions issue? Do I need to reach out salesforce support?
How do I add my custom action to copilot? what am I missing?
If anyone still have the old version of Copilot, simply Toggle Copilot Off and then back On again. This is different from deactivating/activating Copilot in the Builder.
This action will help resolve issues that is caused by an outdated version of Copilot.
