Hello,

I've been asked by a company to help enhance their Sales/Marketing within Salesforce. They are a small company running Sales Cloud.

They are using Einstein Activity Capture to add emails from 365 to their Account/Contact activity. The company would like to be able to capture (in a separate field) the date when the last email (matching specific criteria) was added in this manner.

I've created a flow that can populate the field based on other activities, but it cannot capture the emails because they are not actually stored in the primary SF database.

I don't have much experience with EAC but I've read that it may be possible to access the EAC email information via the flow if the company has a Sales Einstein license? Could anyone confirm this, as the company doesn't want to pay for a license if it's not going to work for them?

Also, would only one license be sufficient (as it's only needed for the flow itself which we can run under a single user) or does all users need the license for this to work?

Appreciate any help provided.

Thanks

Thanks for the clarification, I was already aware the emails are stored in a separate database (hence unable to natively use them in reports/flows/etc), though I read somewhere that using an Einstein license allows you to pull information from the AWS database using Activity Metrics and just wanted to see if anyone had further information on how to do this/license required? Basically I want to grab a record (say an Account), get all the EAC related emails, search for the latest one and then populate a field on the Account record with the created date of that EAC email.
