📣📱 ATTENTION: Mobile Publisher iOS 12.3 builds are rolling out over the next week!
12.3 for iOS includes:
- We are officially making the Enhanced Mobile App Security feature generally available to all Mobile Publisher customers, free of charge. With this new experience, customers can configure over 15 different security policies across their Android and iOS Mobile Publisher applications, including jailbreak detection, man-the-middle protection, and more! See Salesforce Help: Enhanced Mobile App Security for Mobile Publisher.
- We introduced support for links on the login page of iOS apps, bringing the iOS experience into parity with Android. Note: Links can be configured to open only as In-App Browser URLs or External Browser URLs. In-App Shared Cookie Browser URLs aren’t supported on the login page.
- We expanded the functionality of the Opt-In Biometric Login experience to introduce an intermediate modal, which allows users to explicitly opt-in or opt-out of the experience.
- We fixed a bug that caused default URL management to not work as expected when opening links from Messaging In-App and Web.
- We fixed a bug which caused this known issue where a user would be shown the login button after a successful login.
- Performance improvements.
- Crash fixes.
These fixes are already available on the Mobile Publisher Playground! Not sure what that is? Check out our enablement guide here.
Excited about these new features and fixes? Let us know! Have ideas for things we should implement? Be sure to add them on IdeaExchange!
