Hi,
I'm looking to tracking Email Opens and our organization currently uses Einstein Activity Capture.
I have added both the Last Opened and First Opened fields to the Email Message Page Layout, but I am not seeing the email open status in the Email Message or in the Activity feed on Leads & Contacts.
I have also enabled the enhanced email tracking settings.
Does anyone know why I'm unable to see this information, even though all of the correct settings are turned on?

Ive just faced the same issue. Try to turn on the salesforce inbox in Setup Assistant (Sales -> Sales Engagements -> Inbox). You need to create a permission set for it and assign it to the user.
