Hi everyone,

We've been experiencing inflated click activity from hospital domains for one of our healthcare clients, where all links are clicked within minutes of send time, raising concerns about the validity of these clicks.

Spot checks reveal discrepancies between activity timestamps and actual engagement. Considering the possibility of security software causing false positives, how can we address this issue?

  1. Can we create a dynamic list of known false positive "clickers" at the same timestamp or within minutes of the send time for suppression or separate sends?
  2. What strategies can we employ to ensure more accurate campaign performance reporting to our client?

Seeking actionable suggestions to enhance our approach. We are open to testing and learning. Appreciate any insights or experiences shared. Thank you!

This guide from Salesforce Ben gives advice on how to monitor these types of clicks with a hidden link

The approach isn't flawless but should help you tag these prospects for segmentation purposes etc.
