I have set up the Einstein Activity Capture for Outlook. In that set the event syncs for both directions. The user has connected to its account a week ago.
The issue is that the health status Exchange to Salesforce sync status is still not started.

I don't think the system provides any insight as to why this has failed, with the suggestion being to reset events to see if that inturn fixes the issue.
