Hello! everyone, Its still showing an error , Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements - Create an automation with flow builder challenge ?
i assigned an email alert to the recipient "ADA BALEWA" as per requirement. But it still showing an error "Make sure the selected recipient of the ‘Email Alert notifying support agents of new case at large account’ email alert is Ada Balewa."
Kindly please help me out of this issue.

It could help somehow. What I have done - just created the new user from the middle of the page as it was asked and tried then to uncache the trailhead article page (reloaded it again and switched between playgrounds or developer orgs, it depends on what you are using).
