I am an ERP Administrator with 9 years of experience, I did pass Salesforce Admin Certification , Is there any job openings or internship to join as Salesforce Administrator? Because in Job Portals recruiters do ask for real time hands on experience in projects.

How can a cross trained person get a chance to work as Salesforce Administrator ? Please share your ideas and thoughts.
