Let's say you are on a Contact, Account or Opportunity.  You go to the activity section and find the Email button.   You start typing someone's name in the TO field and SFDC starts predicting names for you.  The problem is, it's prediciting users that are no longer active and contacts that are no longer active. 

Is there a way, even with APEX, to filter the TO field so that it does not show inactive users or inactive contacts?
