The object does not show in the Object Manager, any ideas how can I create a custom nubmer field?

Thank you @Smitha Thomas. I believe the permissions you refer to are for front end users, not admins. We do have Marketing Users who make full use of campaign management features.
What I'm looking to achieve is adding a 'number' field to the campaign member status records, to drive scoring calculation.
