We created a new lead with a value for company, but not email, phone, title, or industry. We expected it to have the '1 star' image but it didn't. If you use a CASE() function, make sure it’s positioned outside the IMAGE() function.

Hi, I need help with this challenge "Use Text Formulas" I'm stuck. I've tried everything to fix it, but the error continues.

    Guys, I thank you for your contributions for helping, 
    in my case it helped me to do everything again in a new Playground
