I am trying to complete the challenge, Import Data under the Data Management trail and I keep getting this error "You need to map the required field Contact: Street Address" even though there is no field for Street Address

Error is showing because you've checked the Street Address field as required.
Please follow:
Object Manager -> Select Contact -> Fields & Relationships -> Select Street Address -> Edit the field -> Untick the Required Checkbox -> Click Save
