I've decided I want to start posting more about the day-to-day work I'm doing in my job as a remote Salesforce Administrator.
This job has introduced me to a lot of tools that are new to me and I'd like to highlight some of them and discuss with other folks in the Salesforce Admin space.
One tool I've been using a lot recently is Cloud4J, which we use to send out report data, including to external email addresses. It's really easy to use, but the UI is a bit clunky. I'm curious if anyone else has experience with this tool and if there are better options out there.
Oh, and a pro-tip for anyone using Cloud4J with multiple orgs: I've found that on chrome if I log into the SF instance that I'm trying to use Cloud4J with right before logging into Cloud4J, the sign-in process is pretty seamless. Our company uses SSO so that may be a factor as well.
