Hello! We are trying to build a "thank you for downloading" email that gets triggered on completion of a form handler. The form handler writes the URL to a custom prospect field that we can merge into the email. It renders fine in the email preview, but when the email gets sent the "/"s in the URL are converted to the HTML entity "%2F" which renders the link in the email invalid. Has anyone found a way around this? Thank you!

Hi Jonathan,
Try to change the way you add your field from {{url-merge_field}} to {{{url-merge_field}}} (use 3 brackets instead of 2).
See here for details.
Hope this helps 😎
