Going to https://kbapps2.herokuapp.com/ just results in a "blank" page: "There's nothing here, yet" Did this just stop working or is there something I need to do to access this app?

I am successfully able to export the Articles from Heroku ( https://kbapps-1b0d72f037e5.herokuapp.com), but as you mentioned the image files came as HTML files instead of PNG files, I want to reach out to the Heroku team but couldn't find any resources, How did you reach out to the Heroku team?
