The 'Technical Lead, Salesforce/CRM & CX' will lead technical design, development, and delivery of solutions that enable Prologis' global teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone who loves to learn & problem solve, and shows up to work with a “team player” mentality. This person should be comfortable operating at both a high and detailed level...in other words: a leader who brings the “big picture” perspective and thinks through end-to-end solutions, who is also comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves and digging into the weeds with the team. This person needs to be an expert collaborator – someone we can trust to engage the right people at the right time, and someone who works well with others by asking good questions, participating in ideation and problem solving, and listens to others’ opinions before coming to a conclusion.
