Hello Trailblazers,
We don't use Chatter that much. Is the "To" field a new addition? I can't find any reference to this in Winter 23 release notes. Or has it always been there and I haven't noticed before? Can this field be removed/disabled?

you are choosing is it only users with access to the record or is it all users in the company.
