Need to give a quote for 20 salesforce NPSP licenses, 20 sales cloud, 10 community cloud licenses, and 1600 portal licenses. I got the below link from previous cases but this is not helpful. How can I talk to someone that can explain how salesforce licensing works. Created multiple cases but could not speak with anyone https://www.salesforce.com/ap/products/sales-cloud/pricing/

@Suman G You can also use the Directories and Forms apps from @Soapbox Engage App as a customer portal negating the necessity for expensive Experience Cloud licenses.
